Working with me is a collaborative experience. My role is to help you identify patterns, develop practical strategies, strengthen your mindset, and encourage your personal and faith journey. Lasting transformation requires both guidance and your willingness to take action.

What You Can Expect

1. Come Ready to Participate

Our sessions are conversations, not lectures. The more honest, open, and engaged you are, the more you’ll gain from our time together.

2. Respect the Scheduled Time

Please arrive on time for your session. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time to honor both your schedule and mine.

3. No Guarantees

Growth isn’t something that can be promised or rushed. I can’t guarantee specific outcomes, relationships, financial results, or life circumstances. What I can promise is a thoughtful strategy, honest feedback, and practical tools to help you move forward.

4. Payment & Booking

All coaching sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you once payment has been received.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

All coaching services are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your session.

6. Confidentiality

Everything discussed during our coaching sessions remains confidential unless disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect someone’s safety.

7. Respect & Communication

This is a judgment-free space built on mutual respect. Disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

What Coaching Is and Isn’t

Coaching Is:

Practical strategies for personal growth.

Accountability and encouragement.

Identifying unhealthy patterns.

Building confidence and healthy habits.

Strengthening boundaries and decision-making.

Faith based encouragement when appropriate.

Coaching Is Not:

Therapy or mental health treatment.

Legal, medical, or financial advice.

Crisis intervention.

A guarantee that others will change.

A substitute for your own responsibility and decision-making.

I will always be honest with you, even when the truth is uncomfortable. My goal isn’t to tell you what you want to hear it’s to help you develop the clarity, confidence, and strategy needed to move forward with wisdom and intention.

I believe lasting change happens when faith is paired with action, and insight is followed by implementation.
